Fun and fast paced work place. Constantly changing so there is a ton of new initiatives to take part in.

Cons

Training and pay could be better, sometimes management doesn’t have a realistic goal to pass down.

- By having to wear many hats, you are going to learn a lot more than you would at a more traditional company - If there is another role in the company you would like to transition to, certainly possible to make a reality

Cons

- Senior leadership does not have priorities set and creates chaos for the sake of chaos - Employees are not valued for their successes and are only reminded "it can always be worse" - Employees regularly undermined by consultants - Salary far below market level - "Everything is a priority" is the standard

Pros

Spartan Race really is looking to transform the lives of millions of people and the events and products they offer help to do just that. Most employees stand behind the product and each other. Some of the most hardworking people I have met. Fun people in and outside of work.

Cons

Leadership members run their own agenda and at times overstep each other, causing confusion amongst the teams. At times there are unrealistic expectations with the resources available and not much support from management. Chaotic at times, but keeps you on your toes -- you'll never be bored.
