- By having to wear many hats, you are going to learn a lot more than you would at a more traditional company - If there is another role in the company you would like to transition to, certainly possible to make a reality

- Senior leadership does not have priorities set and creates chaos for the sake of chaos - Employees are not valued for their successes and are only reminded "it can always be worse" - Employees regularly undermined by consultants - Salary far below market level - "Everything is a priority" is the standard
