- If you like obstacle course racing and that culture, this is the place for you. - Awesome office location right near the Financial District and Seaport District of Boston - Get the opportunity to travel to some cool places, meet cool people, and work within sports and athletics industry. - Ability to work remotely when needed - Hardwork and successes are recognized and there were solid wages and benefits offered

Cons

- Every job is stressful, but there are a lot of changes daily and weekly that can pile on added stress - Transparency could have been better between departments - If you don't like or understand the OCR lifestyle and mentality, it can be annoying and hard to relate internally sometimes

-Travel reimbursement -Good health care, dental, 401k, etc

Cons

-Managers are incompetent (don't know how to manage a team) -Under payed -Under valued -Terrible communication between HQ (Boston) and the boots on the ground -1099 contractors forced to work longer hours (illegal) -Doesn't want to spend money for improvement -When problems arise, easy/practical solutions are ignored -Per diem/ day is enough to get you a bite of a bagel and maybe sip of coffee The expectations this company has on their employees does not pay enough for the long hours and whether it's rain, snow or shine, the event will go on.

- Needs a senior HR function and an org structure that gives room for promotions. - Somewhat of a boys' club - Many junior hires -- few middle management - Workflows not very efficient to getting things done. Often projects get stuck.
