      Free SoulCycle Classes and 30% off the extremely overpriced retail

      Cons

      There are no clear policies laid out from corporate, lack of management structure, knowingly deceives employees (example: in DC you get paid sick time as PT, but they sure won't tell you that), horrible hours and even worse pay, Melanie Whelan is unqualified for her role as CEO

      Pros

      Great company idea, leading in the industry. Great community of people.

      Cons

      No work/life balance, low pay (they recently changed the structure of compensation and benefits... it is not enough to live in markets like SF or NYC and they can take your insurance away), more management from higher-ups, political atmosphere, and unfair treatment of employees across the board. Basically- good luck!

      free classes. thats about it, no exaggeration.

      Managers are chosen for their positions even though they are WOEFULLY incompetent with proven performance warnings and other red flags There is no rhyme or reason why certain people are promoted over others Terrible benefits Catty work environment Lazy coworkers, staff turn over is extremely high Kiss your weekends, holidays, and any consistent schedule goodbye!
