You can take free classes! You get lots of gifts from riders! (Food & gift cards) You get to wear comfortable yoga pants and sneakers to work !

Cons

There is SO MUCH gossip! Your hours are okay..... Riders tend to bring you a lot of unhealthy treats, so don't be mad if you lose your figure

-Great riders -a great cleaning and front desk staff -Free classes for you and your friends -Discount on retail and staff sales up to 50% off soulcycle branded lululemon and Nike gear

Cons

-not very challenging -fake fake fake employees -feels like high school -horrible bosses -intense bullying -cultish -little pay and appreciation -you really have to drink the kool-aid here You MUST be a cheerleader 24/7 -soulcycle is bad for your back and knees, lots of riders get hurt and the waiver protects soulcycle from the many riders trying to sue -not very sanitary -employees cry -no flexible schedule for vacation -asm's work weekends, SM's do not
