Free classes, fun work environment most of the time.

Cons

Managers play favorites, not size-inclusive, are pressured to look a certain way, the music is super loud, instructors have big egos, and expect you to clean up after them.

Easy job, tasks weren't demanding mentally or physically. Loads of downtime if you're studio crew and most employees will just go on their phone during classes. Free classes and being able to bring multiple guests to classes for free plus a 50% off retail discount were really nice.

Cons

Short and bad hours, 5:15am shifts weren't ideal and I wasn't able to get more than about 10 hours per week despite the job listing saying 20 hours. The work environment felt like a sorority. Girls were cliquey and you won't fit in if you're new. I was often left out of conversations and sent to the bathroom to clean while the other employees stood at the front desk and chatted. Studio crew is basically a cleaning crew. Most tasks were just cleaning bathrooms and bikes and not much actual front desk work.
