      Plenty of fun-- a high energy environment where you as an employee are empowered to make your own decisions. Flexible in terms of a side hustle. Free classes. Opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      A very caddy environment with no respect to holidays, weekends, personal biological clock (closing a studio at 10pm and waking up to open it at 4:30AM the next day). Customers can be extremely cruel. This job will wipe your energy.

      Pros

      I had a great time working at soulcycle and one of the best parts was being able to ride at any SC for free and bring a friend

      Cons

      There was so much cleaning at my studio and we had a chore chart but surrounding studios didn't have the same struture so it was frustrating that we did so much
