Pros

I loved working for SoulCycle. The people are great. The benefits are great (free rides, discount on all merchandise, speakers come into HQ monthly). This mission is great. This job feels more like a lifestyle than an actual job. When it was time for me to move on, I definitely didn't want to, but I graduated from school and took on another opportunity.

Cons

It's hard to think of any but I would say once in a while you come across someone snobby at the local studios. That part is just frustrating because they are representing the same brand and are not doing it justice. But I rarely meet a part of SoulCycle I don't like.

free classes, networking opportunities, corporate interaction with studio staffs across the country, a company that is growing very quickly.

Cons

inconsistency with upward mobility, nepotism varying from studio to studio, lack of communication between small scale management and staff

Pros

The atmosphere here is incredible. There is so much excitement and buzz every day, and the days go by quickly b/c we're always running around! Everyone is not only smart, but kind, encouraging and considerate... huge plus for a growing corporate company.

Cons

It's not really a con but there is less structure in place than some larger environments. This is something I prefer, but if you don't want to speak directly with decision makers and kind of "blend in" then it won't be the place for you.
