Thanks so much for providing feedback about your time at SoulCycle! We love to receive open and honest information from employees because it's what helps us continue to make the company better for our customers as well as our employees. Our goal is for everyone to have an above and beyond experience at SoulCycle and we're sorry that your time here wasn't the best and as positive as it could have been. As we become a larger company, we're striving to communicate well with each other so we can maintain consistency and continue promotional opportunities for employees. We've been developing our training programs to ensure we're giving our staff the resources they need to grow in their roles. It's a work in progress and there's always so much more we can do, so thank you for helping us along the journey!
