Pros

Working at soul cycle is a place to experience learning customer service and how to handle obnoxious customers in general. It's a great place to learn about dealing with all types of people and you get to ride for free!

Cons

Management is not really authoritative. Many of the employees are quite childish and the studios feel like the hallways of a high school, everyone is constantly gossiping.

everyone is super friendly. non competitive work environment. very much a community with both staff and riders. the benefits are awesome if you like riding or working out in general. very positive energy.

Cons

sometimes riders are uninformed and get frustrated with policies. cleaning jobs that can be less than exciting and odd. its not hard work, but you have to work hard. the pay is on the lower end for what the job is.

Pros

It's great to work for a company run by a team of amazing, strong women. There is a lot of room for growth within the company, but only if the management like you. The company culture is very relaxed, and most employees are open to feedback.

Cons

Nepotism is huge here. You have to befriend the high-ups to get promotions. Work Life balance can be difficult.
