- If you aren't friends with certain members of the leadership team, you will not be able to grow - Very gossipy environment - people are extremely fake and seem happy but no one really is. - There's a toxic feeling in the air. Many people are working in fear of getting fired, mostly because management has set a precedent that you could get let go at any time for even the stupidest reason. - I've been here for less than a year and many of the most talented people have either been fired (because one person of power out of hundreds of employees didn't like that person) or have quit due to the culture of this company. - The brand is expanding too rapidly that new studios are not getting the attention and love that they need in order to thrive, especially in new regions

I don't even know where to begin. I couldn't describe a worse place to work. Corporate preaches a set of values, yet at the studio level those values do not exist. Work/life balance is impossible - if the studio could keep managers on the clock without pay for 24hours/day they would. Compensation is unfair and doesn't incentivize or reward the managers for growth in ridership. Reviews aren't based on actual performance and there is no structure for facilitating these - for example a piece of "positive feedback" my manager gave me is that "you are beautiful and have a nice body". That is not feedback on my actual job nor has anything to do with my ability to complete my job. If you want a career with a future and growth ( personally, professionally and financially) find anywhere else to work but here.
