Pros

Incredible coworkers that grew into deep, life-long friendships. Positive, supportive environment. I am not a "fitness person" but I believe in this company so much. The joy and passion that come from SOUL are sincere and heart-felt. I am so grateful to have found my way into this company and for the love and interest the company has shown me. I feel cared for and nurtured and have learned invaluable skills I will use for the rest of my life. I love my SOUL family! Working for SC has been truly one of the greatest chapters of my life.

Cons

Hours/schedules can be unconventional/fluid and SoulCycle is open 365 days a year so that can be tough, but for someone who gets bored with routine (like me!) - every day is a new adventure and challenge.

Pros

As a 26 year old I’m surrounded by friends who hate their jobs. They don’t look forward to work, don’t find it exciting, or impactful, count down the hours until they can leave, have no I feel valued as an employee at Soul. The company Invests not only in the career trajectory and growth of individuals with extensive training and educational opportunities, and growth programs but in their well-being. We get to ride as a community, with our colleagues, our bosses, the friends, our families, the friends we’ve made at work. I love how everyone pitches in. Everyone. There is so much crossover between the different departments as well all work together to grow, scale and learn.

Cons

Things change. Often and pretty quicky. But not without consistency or erratically. It’s exciting! It affords opportunities to learn, to step up, to identify strengths and to work on them. I’ve learned I’m good at things I had never thought I’d be asked to do at SoulCycle. I’ve grown with the challenging pace and it's been a great learning experience.

A SoulCycle culture fit!

Pros

SoulCycle is a quickly growing company, believes and trusts its employees, and the culture is bar none the most incredible to be apart of! SoulCycle's core is about creating a community and I have had the opportunity to do this as an employee at Soul. I have made lifelong friends via fellow managers, instructors, staff, employees, and even riders. There is no cookie cutter type of manager, which enables different personalities and management styles to drive the business. The reputation of the workout speaks for itself and I can only echo that magic is created in that room!

Cons

Working at SoulCycle requires a lifestyle adjustment, as it is a company that is open 365 days a year throughout different timezones. This isn't for everyone, but if you can adapt, the benefits outweigh the 5AM alarm clocks or the Saturday holidays in studio.
