team members getting drunk theft among the team no training use kitchen cooking oil for massage treatment (you have to separate the cooking from the food) staff can are lazy owner creeps around getting free treatments wants the youngest-looking therapist and wants you to cancel appointments to fit him in. the whole build is falling apart. rats in the kitchen

Micro Managed Management don't like departments mixing Time management on lunch breaks, toilet breaks, meetings, fresh air breaks. Feels like you're in school. Managers are patronising and controlling. Do not let you think for yourself and very controlling.
