Pros

Strong values and culture embedded across global business. These are alive and palpable, they are not just words on the wall. Lots of capable people.

Cons

Highly collaborative culture but can result in too much talking and not enough action. Despite the collaborative culture silos exist and best practice and lessons learnt are hard to spread.

Another Crappy Corporate Company

Pros

Competitive Salary Decent Hours Good Benefits

Cons

Management was horrible. My boss was nasty, cruel, and constantly undermined everything I did. They are also pretty cheap about reimbursing your expenses. Difficult to get perks like company car, credit card, etc. Not a lot of direction or training. Had a horrible experience while there.

Project Support Function - Central and Regions (Building)

Pros

- Salary is good - A good level of freedom to get on with your work is granted - Colleagues are generally supportive when help is required - The values and ethics of the organisation are very good - Training opportunities are available (but there is not much guidance on who they are targeted at and how they will benefit the individual) - Benefits are good - The executives of the organisation are honest about the performance and direction of the organisation

Cons

- To progress in the organisation it is a case of "if your face fits" or "who you know" - There is little engagement between Project Director level staff and those beneath them, other than for time critical reactive project issues - project communication is poor - A lot of the work is reactive and there is very little opportunities for staff to suggest improvements or better ways of working - Some managers do not have effective leadership credentials - The work is boring and tedious, there is a graveyard like atmosphere daily
