      Good training and cares on health and safety 28 days holiday Promotes ideas HR are good

      Cons

      So many parts of skanska and everyone has different contracts you could be sitting mext to someone does the same job and earn 10 grand more. Need to be set across the board and promote the one skanska as at the moment it not very good

      Pros

      Your paycheck is good. Will not bounce (over-draft). Room for advancement you grow, learn at your pace, to include cross train into a different field of work.

      Cons

      Long hours 12 hour shifts hard work and you must preform what you promised. No bull-shit if you say you can do it you better be able to do it. Not for lazy people.

      Seems ok on the serface, but a lot of management problem.

      Cons

      The supervisor or anyone can fire you on the spot, they can lie about your performance no body cross check their statement. They can tell you to leave your computer , key, anything that you use for the day to day activity right on the spot tell you you are fired. Treat you like a criminal, emabarass you and tell you to leave the office in inhuman and undignified way. Never seen any company give that kind of authoritarian power for the suoervisor, it feels like you are working under a third world country or in a communist regime. In believable.
