Pros

Gain bad experience so you'll know what/who to avoid in the future.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Terrible management, HR is non-existent and will avoid your complaints, need to purchase your own equipment for work, expected to work outside scheduled hours (12 hour days) and much more.

If you have a creative and inquisitive mind, this is the place to put it to work. There are so many different initiatives and you can contribute to them. The company believes in bottom-up ideas so you can share your craziest and be taken seriously enough to try them.

Cons

The company is growing so fast that you need to be on your toes to keep up. If you are up for a challenge, then not a con at all.
