There are no pros for working with this particular call center. Only cons.

Cons

Terrible management Horrible scheduling Unreasonable sales goals Customers are very upset because the company constantly cheats them Terrible products with multiple problems Higher turnover rate than your average call center Mandatory overtime (sometimes, you wouldn't even know you had overtime on your schedule. They'd add it after you left for the day and then write you up for not doing the extra hours)

Pros

Well established company with a few products that sell really well. Stores are located all around the country so there is lots of opportunity to transfer employment.

Cons

Insufficient training, low pay among hourly employees, high (extremely) turnover, they are open 7 days a week and all holidays except Christmas day. Management needs leadership from corporate and there is a disconnect between corporate expectations and store realities.

Pros

Employee discount and casual attire. Fro, what I understand, as long as you are always on time and come in as scheduled, you will never get fired even if your performance is poor.

Cons

Parking, 30 minute lunch and one 15 minute break for a 71/2 hour shift, inadequate training, definitely a place where sucking up pays off.
