I work with Great People but the Company culture is rough and micro managed

Pros

Get work with customers and meet new people every day. Great training on product and for management skills. Company is trying hard to rebuild its image

Cons

Long hours, Low pay, the focus of the company switched every month or so. The company restructures every 6 months to a year so there is always fear of job elimination at every level.

Pros

Sales Associate. Decent opportunities to allow the job to be what you make it. Pays a little above minimum wage and potential bonuses if you can sell Sears cards.

Cons

Unrelenting and overbearing management who honestly needs to CHILL out. Though I suppose that's why many are going out of business. Some coworkers were hired and had absolutely no skills for the job.
