Pros

- Hours aren't too bad and some of the managers that are in the store are actually pretty cool.

Cons

- Store manager sucks. Really bossy. Doesn't seem to do anything other than boss others around. Always looks for something that he could point out to be wrong. - Very disorganized company. Delivery is a mess to a point. Sometimes the store goes back and forth blaming who's fault it was of why the merchandise wasn't delivered. Ridiculous if you ask me.. - You accumulate vacation hours very slowly. - Pay is also crappy for home improvement which seems to do the most work in the entire store. Has the most stock to do, more floor to cover, and a whole lot more items to be knowledgeable over compared to the other departments. Wages start below the minimum wage $8/hr plus commission. So first you have to reach minimum wage then you start making commission. Yeah.. really greedy Sears. Can't even start at minimum wage plus commission. Underpaid if you ask me for the work you have to do..
