Good Working hours for the most part. The Good PTO accrual That’s about it

Cons

The company does not give any type of pay raises to its managers. If they do they are literally nothing.... I worked there for almost three years and each year they said that because of the company performance, no raises will be given to management. (They did manage to raise the cost of insurance though). This was only a pass though job. If you are looking for a career this is not a good place to look. Just look at how their stock price has fallen over the past year. ..

Very flexible with school schedules.

Cons

Inconsiderate of their employees...my car had gotten broken into and the assistant store manager just told me to continue working and yelled at me. Hours are TERRIBLE when not in a holiday season .. sometimes you will only get 8 hours for a whole week. Store manager wasn't liked by any of the employees because she never had any positive things to say to them. When i left Sears they reversed my paycheck - i never wanted to deal with them again so i let them have it.

Working in a department for a long time, and being full time helps out a lot when getting to know everyone.

Cons

No raises for associates for at least 4 years, been told there is a "pay freeze" every year. Hard to move up, and no motivation to go the extra mile
