Great Learning Experience for a Short Term

Pros

big company, a lot of resources, can work on a lot of cool projects, you are put in positions when you are NOT ready so can learn a lot, a lot of smart people,

Cons

dis-function, dis-organize, owner just want to sell the company peace by peace so no long term vision - everything is about short term (six weeks) result, avg turnover is 16 months, a lot of unnecessary meeting and politics, rarely promote and raise salary for internal people (only when you treat that you are leaving or move to another team within company)

The only positive is the small 20% off associate discount on soft line items like clothes, costume jewelry, etc.

poor training, mean co-workers, low pay, poor shifts, first day on job was Black Friday
