Pros

There was absolutely no pros while I worked here. Everything sucked and I'm glad I quit.

Cons

They wanted you to do the work of everyone plus your own. They wanted you to sweep, vaccum, mop, fold clothes and clean the fitting rooms. It's the MCA's JOB to clean the fitting room and fold clothes. It's the Janitors JOB to clean. It's one thing to help when needed, but being expected to it's never wracking. The worst part is harassing the customers to sign up for credit catds and enrollments. They started basing our hours on that, and that's not fair because if the people don't want it they just don't want it. People barely shop at Sears as is, nagging the customers like that will cause even less business.
