Pros

Flexible scheduling, lack of strong management so you can get away with just about anything as long as your not stealing from the company. As a career starter, part time work while in college, whatever the case maybe, it can be a good stepping stone for getting use to life in a busines setting. Also, gives perspective on helping and assisting customers and really enhancing sales and communication ability.

Cons

poor managment, terrible compensation that only continues to get worse. Management doesn't seem to empathize with employees, only want to push the latest product, or tow the ever changing company line.

Pros

Great place to learn, start career. Very convenient corporate headquarters. Great people... everyone is friendly and willing to help. Benefits are top notch. A lot of younger professionals. Fun place to work. Great cafe!

Cons

Quite restricting. They speak about advancement and career growth, but once in a position you are held there and it is quite hard to get out. Pay is approx industry average, but tends to be on the low end.

I needed a second job and they hired me on the spot.

Cons

No training at all - the online training doesn't pertain to what you actually do I was told that I would be "shadowed" instead I was thrown into a register and basically it was sink or swim. The average age of a cashier is 18 and they talk on the phone, text or fight with each other. It's like high school all over again.
