Pros

Depending on the store, it is a great experience because of the people. It depends on the management and the culture.

Cons

A lot of work, not enough time. Is falling behind from other retailers. Don't care about their employees.

Pros

1. Benefits are okay compared to others 2. Relatively good facilities at corporate 3. Pay comparable 4. Extremely slow moving if you like that sort of thing

Cons

1. Old-boy network and internal politics incredibly intense. 2. New ideas and thoughts are repeatedly ignored yet they claim to want to "change" 3. Even though company has split into multiple business units, all decisions and finances are still controlled by coprorate. 4. Decisions only allowed by "committee".
