Pros

Great co-workers. Commision made for each credit application. Decent computer training (and it's paid too so that's a plus). Over all easy job.

Cons

A lot of grumpy customers. Having to push credit. If you don't meet your credit goal you get way less hours. Some rude managers. Only make minimum wage.

Pros

Relatively good base compensation Good amenities at corporate office location including free parking garages and the 2nd largest corporate cafeteria in the US Business casual everyday

Cons

They're taking advantage of the economy to let go lower performers and bring in higher-paid talent on a rolling basis, leading to a high-stress environment Business units operate as silos 60+ hours/wk is the minimum if you want to be considered for above average review Cubicles for everyone below VP-level
