Pros

Works with your school Schedule Willing to Train

Cons

Attendance Policy is confusing and not clear Someone constantly looking over your shoulder A manager who wasn't grammatically correct in emails as well as conversations. Valid complaints about other associates are thrown out the window. Verbally abusive environment on top of a stressful environment. Minuscule pay raises.

Pros

Position was great for getting a foot in the door of a Fortune 500 company. Comprehensive training was provided for operating systems. New structure pushes accountability down to the lowest ranks making everyone feel important in the process.

Cons

Outdated technology if you do not work in the Hoffman Estates campus. The company has so many layers that it is very hard to accomplish anything at a fast pace. The patch work of technology can sometimes be challenging.

Pros

great hours, ok pay, and lots of experiences, there were times when you got to experience situations that were going to be beneficial in life...

Cons

working on holidays was very horrible, but other than that the pay could have been better, and the fact that it was a district store, made it tought to learn every department.
