Pros

Flexibility - even though I work tons of hours, I can work from home 1-2 days/wk.

Cons

Senior Leadership is only in it for short term resume building, so bad decisions are made all around. In IT very technical people are promoted to management & they have no idea how to manager people.

Pros

Great opportunities to affect change and own campaigns from start to finish. Lots of freedom to try new ideas and measure success. Lots of perks to working there with a large campus and all that that offers.

Cons

Priorities change quickly and sometimes don't seem to make sense. Projects are rushed out quickly without time allowed to fully bake the process and measurement of that project.

Pros

It was an intellectually challenging job required you to be fast on your feet and capable of learning. If you were willing to put the time and effort in then you would drop something from

Cons

All of the problems with Sears come from management. I'm not sure how they choose people to run their stores, but it seems like the selection criteria is being the meanest most incompetent person they can find. The most qualified people are not the people running any Sears store.
