Pros

Interactions with customers, Great selection can be good money, flexible hours

Cons

Coworkers can be thieves (sales that is), no support from management to stop process as long as someone sells something. Best salesman biggest thieves. Little customer loyalty if they can by online cheaper they do. Then everyone wonders why stores are closing ?
