      NONE! they took away employees discount so many things have changed with sears internally

      Cons

      they took away employees discount. It was once 20% clothes, shoes, jewelry basically anything that is wearable and 10% small appliances like kitchen, bath, and bedding items. BUT now they deiced to take that away give the employees 20% back in points with SYWR....LIKE REALLY!!!

      flexible work week, friendly fellow associates.

      Cons

      everything else. poor pay, no performance recognition, badly managed from the top down. terrible morale.
