Pros

The people behind the scenes are truly inspiring and the friendships you make here tend to become the only reason to stay.

Cons

Economic stress, lack of customer service, pressuring the sell credit cards more than merchandise. Lay offs are also common

Pros

The people I worked with were so fun to be around

Cons

Terrible management, the general manger had no experience, was bipolar, and yelled at you for no reason. There is always a pressure if you're runing a register to either get people to apply for credit cards, or get people to buy protection plans. Even in a non-sales position.

Pros

easy to get retail and customer service experience

Cons

company is tanking, taking out on employees hours. One point me working part time involved two weeks working only one shift each because hours were cut so that the company looks more profitable. Shady!
