Everyday you do the same thing, so you never have anything happen that you weren't expecting.
Cons
Like all retail stores, Fridays and the Weekends are crazy. Customers will show up last minute and spend 20 minutes looking for something and end up getting offended when we tell them the store has to close. And if you're an MCA (Merchandise Sales Associate) one of your main jobs is going to be emptying out the fitting rooms, folding all the clothes throughout the store, and taking back the clothes that customers returned or didn't end up buying at the register to their proper place. Basically your shift might say you end at 10 but that doesn't account for the time you'll spend tidying up the store afterwards. BUT, everyone works together to tidy up the store, even the managers from other parts of the store pitch in so the environment was friendly.
