Pros

Worked with some of the best people ever. Laid back and fun at times but the pressure of commission could be stressful. Store management did a decent job making the best of the resources we had. They gave me an opportunity at a tough time in my life and I was able to run with it and be successful.

Cons

The company itself does not value its people and has no interest in creating positive customer experiences post-sale. They do not want to invest in their current businesses and love having different stores compete against each other and their online business. Their service plans are outrageously overpriced and obtaining service is convoluted and inconvenient. I feel the CEO does not care about the company and its employees and is concerned more with his own self-interests.

Pros

People vp level and below are kind, respectful people and learned a lot for the time I worked there, especially how to manage through ambiguity.

Cons

Poor leadership from the top down, very unprofessional behavior and hiring of leaders who have zero retail background but know CEO.

Pros

The only pro is that you get a lot of hours because they are always short on people at many locations

Cons

The manager is very rude and disrespectful and she gets mad at you during your training when you do not do things right. Was disrespected in front of staff. Always thinks she's right. Made me stop ringing up a customer during a transaction because I wasn't asking them to enter their phone number and I wasn't selling credit and said that she didn't want me ringing anyone else up because of that. Selling credit is very annoying because you have to play 100 questions with the customers which really annoys them and makes them irritated and you have to sell five a day or they threaten to fire you.
