Pros

Don't see any benefit to work in this company. best only for old employee who joined in the startup, because they can't get job outside since no technical growth here.

Cons

1. HR policy not clear to HR and top management. 2. Your salary component depends upon others performance 3. Mangers are inexperienced and too many managers(worker and manager ratio is same some team its high) 4. Micromanagement . 5. working on old technologies.

Pros

> Top managements are OK. > Salary range are good. > Event and many other cultural programs are celebrated. > Good colleagues.

Cons

> No good appraisal. > Its not a process oriented organization. > Managers are not aware about software processes. > No work life balance - Management always tried to run ahead of time. > No planning, political. > Parent company (US) treat this company (at India) as their vendor so always pressure and no time boundaries (as no process so no work boundaries). > Management always speaks to work hard and prove your self but never speak about employee care. > In town hall Managers feel proud for telling 'My team is working daily 15 hrs and weekends too'. > Very tight dead lines. > Its not a good place to work with.

Pros

Ratings and promotions are very capricious so you may get lucky. Change is constant, so you will learn to adapt quickly. Sales and transaction counts are down every year, so you will become a maven of spin with numbers and words. Headcount reductions are frequent, so you will have opportunities master scavenging empty cubes for better office furniture and supplies.

Cons

Senior management changes so frequently that no one ever knows what's going on and nothing meaningful is ever accomplished. All the consultants make far more money than the associates they are supposedly there to help, while their very presence makes everyone fearful for their jobs.
