Pros

Sears has some very dedicated employees within the store. There is opportunity for advancement within the store. They like to promote from within. Managers are very good at scheduling to meet the needs of students and parents.

Cons

Only way to get a raise is through promotion. Too many metrics to follow on a daily basis. They are cutting costs by reducing the number of manager, this overloads the remaining employees.

Cons

NO Training, No Care for employee, Unproffessional ways to get work done, POLITICS.. Some real bad people hired to make this place a devil's nest. Unhealthy work practices have started.

Pros

Lot of pressure on Metrix and writing people up for low performance. Long hours no life, never have any time to complete assignments because always dragged into meetings while store has no management on floor to attend to customer issues. Assistant managers are abused by constantly being requiered to come in on own time and take work home.

Cons

Im sorry I had a bad experiance the only cons I would say is the employees. They were great otherwise I know Sears use to be a great place to work but not anymore.
