Pros

The only two pros working for this company include their abbility to work around school and the idea they also help associates achieve their GED.

Cons

Where do I begin? Always short staffed. If you want to know what it feels like to lose your dignity and self respect, this is the place for you.

Pros

Sam Club is a great place to work at because it give you an opportunity to start at an entry level position and work you way up to management. A lot of managers were associates because they became managers. They will work with your schedule and show you step by step how to learn and applied what you have learned. I think young, old , or need a second job I would defiantly apply to Sam Club online. I my self just recently relocated and I think Sams Club has given me the opportunity to meet new people and work to pay some of my bills

Cons

Some people may be negative and like to not take there job serious but you will have that every where you work

Pros

It was a very competitive work environment, the constant competition from other stores such as Woodman's kept the hourly wage high. The pay rates were extremely good, especially for a first job. Although i did not have a glorious job, I still had fun. The relationships I built at that store i still hold on to, and the job experience has helped me in getting a multitude of other hourly jobs. Also, dealing with the almost extreme amounts of customer satisfaction gave me the chance to grow as an employee. Overall I am proud to have worked at Sam's. And if I ever am in need of a job, the management said they would take me back no questions asked.

Cons

Some of the hours were extremely long, but usually the management was willing to work around some crazy shifts. Other than that, there were no other major downsides.
