Pros

its a great place to work if you like working with people, they have a great compensation program and the hours are very flexible for college students

Cons

you have to be standing up all the time, you also havew to be very fast since you have to meet a certain product per minute time but other than that is great

Pros

In this position you really are left to manage your own dept. without other managers butting in. The downside to this is when help is needed, its rarely available.

Cons

HO has MGMT doing so much stuff, that they have to depend on others to do the bulk of the work.

Pros

Overall Sams Club is not a bad place to work at, they work with you regarding scheduling and time off.

Cons

Pay is horrible compared to Costco or Target. A person at target in my same position makes approximately 70,000 per year.
