      Pros

      Generous Paid Time Off, flexibility in work schedules, campus is nice with lots of wildlife all around, walking trails, benefits are OK.

      Cons

      Depending on where you live, the location can be remote for some. Inconsistent management among groups. For several years, the company has been is in an almost constant process of layoffs / outsourcing / offshoring.

      Pros

      Very good work life balance, culture is laid back and collegial. Benefits are pretty good, although they have been scaled back from what they were previously. Pay was about market level for my position, although commute out to Southlake cuts into the salary.

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs - yes, travel is a fairly cyclical industry but it sounds like the company was rehiring for some positions they laid off only a few months before. Layoffs did not sound too strategic, more like every group should lose some people.

      Pros

      good working atmosphere, nice ambience. The architects at sabre are really smart...can understand lot of tech related things gain understanding of sabre system

      Cons

      in contracting we cant work more than a year, but management was nice to tell me well bfore hand that job is getting done, Testing is a hot field in sabre
