      Great work environment Team work Good Technology projects Good communication between upper management and the rest of the company working long hours, but mgmnt is very reasonable

      Beautiful facility. Friendly and intelligent people. Great HR staff. Decent Benefits.

      Cons

      Extreme lack of knowledge regarding the Airline industry. Improper development methodology for a global organization. Disorganized and poor management at all levels especially at the top. Top level execs with no strategic vision of the future, and therefore no procedural direction provided to middle management. Almost all of middle managers were developers promoted to management, without any leadership or interpersonal skills. Since being purchased by private investors (business flippers), the focus is on doing too much with too little. Poor work life balance, and low compensation rate.
