Pros

Small company atmosphere with big company benefits. Fun people to work with. Excellent work-life balance. Hotel and travel technology can be interesting and challenging.

Cons

Communication and knowledge sharing is very lacking (but getting better). Offices are isolated in different areas of the country so there can be issues with being out of touch with the pulse of the company.

Pros

Great collaborative environment. Very impressive team with incredible energy. New CEO has initiated much-needed upgrades across much of the senior management team, which is bringing strategic focus, operational rigor and great optimism for continued growth and success. Sabre provides mission-critical support to customers in the airline, travel and hotel industries. This creates exciting job opportunities across the board, especially in product development, marketing and sales roles, but many of the corporate function jobs are very engaged with customers as well.

Cons

Need more and better internal communications.
