      Pros

      Opportunity to work from home. (depends on the manager) Near to private healthcare, gym and public transport. Flexible working hours (depends on the manager).

      Cons

      Salaries are below average and the raises are quite low. Hardware that we are working on is dated and considering that those are laptops makes it even worse. There is not much space so people sit right now very close to each other, this is not always comfortable.

      Pros

      Small pockets of effective teams trying to accomplish goals.

      Cons

      Will work you to death and then complain about your rotting corpse. HR is a serious issue at the company. Everything else can be fixed but HR has no cleaning mechanism. It has become a cesspool of dishonesty and delusions of self granduer.

      Pros

      Great people. Sabre recruits smart, hardworking people. There are lots of opportunities for people that work hard and do well. Great leadership.

      Cons

      They have a unofficial policy that you must have an MBA to have a Director or higher position. I have never seen an exception to this.
