      Flexible, family-oriented, great technology, great building, lively people, challenging and fun industry, opportunity if you like travel, stable, lots of opportunity to move around

      Cons

      none really, workspace is flexible which means some people don't have assigned desks but this is okay if you work remote at times

      I think there are some inefficiencies on how a product is managed overall, this is natural and the firm is now evolving which is still good than a con. Documentation would help reduce a lot of these
