      Changing culture to be more open and technoogy focused. High growth potential and maangement is very much focussed on the future. Huge potential in the travel where it is a market leader.

      Cons

      Changes in the industry, business and competitive landscape may be faster than the company can adapt. Industry and customer perception may not change to the real value of the company and it's technology.

      Salary is good, work life balance is superb, Good management. And very good culture. Flexible timing. Work from home. Internet allowances. Laptop with Soft Phone.

      Cons

      No office in NCR (Delhi) . Nothing else I can think of. Not very known in India but I am glad that I opt for it.
