Pros

Strong financial position, fun market problems with lots of technical and business opportunities, a vibrant culture, smart people. Also there is a large effort to internationalize the company and a lot of jobs are being moved overseas. The net results is US people finding new jobs and hiring very smart people in Krakow and Uruguay. SHS business unit is exploding with opportunities.

Cons

for the GDS side of the business, there may be industry challenges. This is being well managed, but downsizing may continue. Too many layers of management that slow things down. Tends to be an up or out company, with lots of youth and few people over 40.
