Pros

Money and benefits so far.Comparing with the regular salaries and considering I'm still a non graduate student it's fine, but not sincerely what I would like to be for the rest of my working years so far. The company was one thing when I've joined and another thing now. The policies are still the same but since americans left the HDQ it's not the same, promotions were done in an irregular way and the job opportunities are shorten up depending if you are a key player or not for your department. If you are, then chances are that you are not going to be able to even apply for some other position.

Cons

Work and personal life lack of balance.

Pros

Sabre is a good technology company that one can cut his/her teeth on before moving on to bigger and better things. Airlines as a vertical is good to work on, it provides some valuable insights into operations. Great friendly colleagues around the world.

Cons

Work-life balance is terrible if you work in the Airline Software solution space. The career path is sketchy at best. The performance reviews are done in a lackluster way. One would think the company would pay great attention to people who have garnered a lot experience in this vertical so that they can continue to be the industry leader in airline software space. Compensation is far below industry standards across the board.

Pros

Opportunities to work with clients world-wide and to solve interesting and challenging airline industry problems.

Cons

Constant turmoil (not change, which is expected, but uncontroled chaos) and ever increasing workload due to staff layoffs. Current management focus is on quickly delivering product to customers and getting out of town leaving it to someone else to clean up the buggy poorly tested disfunctional software.
