Great Work Life balance. Extra co-curricular events. Good Salary and a free BMTC Volvo pass every month.

Cons

You will be working on some outdated technologies so if you agree to compromise you will survive for long. Very Low Job security. You can be fired any day post lunch or immediately after a meeting.

Pros

The company is a leader in their field with excelente brand awareness in the travel industry, therefore it's not difficult to work prospecting for new clients.

Cons

Extremely rigid organization-wide and at service product creation, all the products and concepts are created and oriented for the US market but there's no room for adaptation to diferent emerging markets so it's the market that has to adjust to the product. There's no room for advancement, only in rare cases.
