      Pay, PTO and benefits are pretty good. 401k match 6%

      Cons

      Lack of training, understaffed because of turnover. Will pile work regardless of what is reasonable. Pressure you to work way beyond 40 hours, but will never say to. Clever way to make you feel guilty
