Pros

Great product, great people and a flexibility in work/work style. Lots of room for creativity and personal expression.

Cons

Little to no training...ever. No centralized help; need to rely on colleagues for answers to basic questions. Heavy on executives and executive promotions with little justification...seems like a good ol' boy's club or fraternity. Executives are out of sight except for the CEO's weekly message, which at least makes the effort. Town hall events are a joke and are self-gratifying. Terrible time keeping system and beyond dismal expense reporting system...shocking at a technology company.

Pros

Flexibility and love supporting customers. Ability to travel to new places and encounter new cultures. Wonderfully generous colleagues and wealth of knowledge contained within the company's employees.

Cons

Management from top down is reminiscent of a college fraternity. Plans are discarded as middle-management rotates in and out. About 8 managers in the course of 2 years with the company. Annual reviews and merit compensation are a complete joke. Meaningful communication from upper management is incredibly weak. It looks like a good ol' boy's club to most of the company's hard working front line. I am embarrassed to tell my friends to apply for a job here.
