Pros

Healthcare benefits are good but getting worse each year On campus health clinic

Cons

In my opinion this is the worst leadership in 15 years, people are simply a number and talent management is terrible. Leaders egos will keep Sabre and TN from thriving. Zero self awareness from the top layers and are simply finding excuses for talent leaving by the dozens. ZERO talent in HR, especially in TN. Simply a group of robots that have become part of the corporate machine and forgot who they are and the talent they have. Many have realized that a good presenter doesn't equal a good leader and have left. I am expecting a mass exodus of talent after bonuses are paid out.

Sabre has the largest portfolio of travel solutions for airlines and hotels in the world.

Cons

Sabre has not invested in their solutions and has tons of technical debt and cannot grow the solutions to meet future needs of their clients with this debt.
