      Pros

      The individual workers are really good to work with. There is some youthful energy. They embrace being green. Good time off benefits. Medical benefits are good.

      Cons

      The company has annual layoffs that are not based on performance, and decisions are made at high levels. They focus a lot on offshoring. There is little value placed on people with a long service record. Salaries and bonuses are low compared to other area tech companies.

      Great benefits - start with 3 weeks PTO. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Management is clueless and too busy for their employees. Asking for help will label you as non-motivated and lacking initiative. Onboarding success is dependent on your manager's competency and could potentially be a complete disaster. WFH policy is arbitrary and not standardized. Some departments emphasize 'butt-in-seat time' as a measure/requirement of productivity yet do not talk to their employees all day.
