A restructuring of the organisation which turns out to just be a retitling and shuffle of managers, without changing much of the job scope. Worklife balance non-existent. Lean team and back-to-back calls all day means a pile of work and having to do it after work hours and on weekends. Expect to also be asked for work when you're on leave. Hire/fire culture - and firing the people you need to support business. Hardly makes sense to do something like this other than to milk remaining staff dry.

Too many layoffs. Financially company is not doing good. Management is here to just suck the money. Technical leads and management are way behind other tech companies. People with sound technical skills don't come here. Hire and fire policy continues. They will hire fresh grads and fire them if layoff comes. That is the strategy of management. Too many internal politics. If you are good at it you will surely survive. Zero career growth.
